5 Hour Hands-On BBQ Course – Sunday with Simon Burt, an 'old school' aficionado who covers techniques such as low & slow, fast grilling, indirect grilling, reverse searing, cooking dirty over hot coals, smoking and baking. Courses are limited to 10 people and dishes include moinks, steaks, 4-hour ribs, chicken pitta kebabs and hot smoked Argentinian 'Chori Pan' with chimichurri.
