We support clergy moving into their first incumbency through our two-year Transforming Leadership Programme, helping new incumbents establish healthy patterns of discipleship, wellbeing and leadership. Meeting monthly over two years, participants explore the "inner life" and "outer life" of leadership, with retreats and peer learning groups.
